Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet is the car least appreciated America in 2011

The Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet, for the time being presented only on the American market, has won the "2011 Most disliked Car", or the car less than welcome in 2011 according to a survey of Fortune, conducted among some journalists. The only positive comments came from some representatives of the fairer sex, while male colleagues did not spare harsh criticism of the Murano, considered ugly, lazy drive, with a little frame too hard after the controversial transformation in soft-top convertible.

Volkswagen Touareg TDI Panamericana: new record

Volkswagen announced that it has hit a new record with its Touareg TDI: Rainer Zietlow and his team have traveled the entire Pan-American Highway in 11 days, 17 hours and 22 minutes, beating the previous record of 3 full days. In its 25,600 km route the team has gone for 16 VW States. Times and distances were recorded and certified by TÜV NORD Mobility.

The adventure began on July 2 in Argentina and the Southern team has faced a multitude of different climatic situations, from sand storms to the treacherous streets of Chile Alaska. During the journey the team has also collected VW 10 cents per kilometer route from two to donate to the poor villages of South America.

Land Rover Discovery and Range Rover Sport 4 Model Year 2012

Land Rover Discovery 4 updates and Range Rover Sport for the model year 2012. The 3-liter diesel V6 with dual SDV6 sequential turbocharging, offered on both models, increased from 245 to 256 hp and 600 Nm of torque and is mated to the new 8-speed ZF 8HP70 automatic transmission, resulting in significant fuel savings: The Discovery 4 door emissions from 244 to 224 g/km, while the Range Rover Sport goes from 243 to 230 g/km.

Audi A3 Cabriolet, Q7 and A7 Sportback: changes in the range 2012

Audi introduces some changes to the A3 Cabriolet range, A7 Sportback and Q7 in view of the model year 2012. The A3 Cabriolet 1.4 TFSI engine takes in fact the 125 hp 6-speed manual transmission, offered in preparation Attraction and Ambition respectively 29,900 and 31,500 Euro. The A7 Sportback proposed instead the familiar 3-liter V6 TDI 204 hp in combination with the quattro and the S-Tronic dual-clutch gearbox, in addition to the previous version 2 wheel drive with Multitronic.

Audi Q3: starts production in Martorell

Audi officially start production in Q3 of the Seat factory in Martorell, Spain. The car will mainly compete with the BMW X1, the best-selling premium SUV in Europe. Audi plans to produce about 100,000 Q3 each year: that's why he invested much of € 330 million for the adaptation of the establishment in Catalonia.

The same could also be used for the production of the rumored Q1.
