ABT Volkswagen Tiguan

ABT shows the first images of tuning accessories dedicated to the Volkswagen Tiguan Restyling. Aesthetically, the car features new front grille, lower rear bumper modified to accommodate the sports tailpipes, rear spoiler and decorations to be applied at the bottom of the doors. The structure is also modified sport lowering springs and dampers, while the alloy wheels are available in various designs from 18 "to 20".

Volkswagen Touareg TDI Panamericana: new record

Volkswagen announced that it has hit a new record with its Touareg TDI: Rainer Zietlow and his team have traveled the entire Pan-American Highway in 11 days, 17 hours and 22 minutes, beating the previous record of 3 full days. In its 25,600 km route the team has gone for 16 VW States. Times and distances were recorded and certified by TÜV NORD Mobility.

The adventure began on July 2 in Argentina and the Southern team has faced a multitude of different climatic situations, from sand storms to the treacherous streets of Chile Alaska. During the journey the team has also collected VW 10 cents per kilometer route from two to donate to the poor villages of South America.

Volkswagen Beetle RS Project Stage 1

Volkswagen has entrusted the care of VWvortex, a site dedicated to American fans of VW and Audi brands, the first tuning on the new Beetle. The result is what you see in these pictures, the RS Project Stage 1, founded on the basis of a sample of pre-production. The processing is essentially aesthetic, and as you see, is strongly inspired by the livery of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS.

The boys have won VWvortex Beetle to a set of rims VMR 710 20 ", painted in a striking orange color and mounted on tires Continental 245/35 ExtremeContact DW. Volkswagen Golf GTI Edition 35

Volkswagen between 2013 and 2014, will debut the hybrid plug-in

Martin Winterkorn announced yesterday at the Vienna Motor Symposium on the international market that Volkswagen will offer its first hybrid plug-in between 2013 and 2014. According to the German-and beyond-this is the winning technology in the medium term to reduce emissions and fuel consumption of cars without imposing the typical sacrifices of electric cars.

Volkswagen Beetle 2011

Volkswagen is presenting today at the Shanghai Motor Show, the second generation of the new Beetle, the successor to the model that for decades has marked the history of the German. The car differs from the previous first design, "the most dynamic and masculine", as VW.
