The Japanese state has officially announced a development program for the availability of hydrogen in the area, necessary to power fuel cells for electric traction. Its strategy involves manufacturers and suppliers of external services, which cooperate in order to introduce in 2015 a network of 100 distributors located in four major urban areas of Japan.The partners have found themselves in a meeting convened by the Ministry of Finance, Trade and Industry in Tokyo: Nissan Honda and Toyota, as well as leading local energy Idemitsu Gas and Tokyo. The declaration of intent followed the meeting coincided with the statement in the minister, stating that: "The government will support the mass distribution of the FCV (fuel cell cars) by 2015 by adopting all measures and actions needed to support this emerging technology ".
