E 'was presented the new Ford Fiesta RS World Rally, for the next world rally races, the FIA World Rally Championship. Mikko Hirvonen and ridden by Gerard Quinn, made his debut during dell'Autosport International Racing Car Show in Birmingham, the traditional event that opens the season of motorsport.The Ford factory team for 2011 WRC has confirmed the name, Ford Abu Dhabi World Rally Tea m, and will also have the sponsorship of the Castrol. The car is completely new: derived directly from the Fiesta S2000 rally and was developed by the European division of Ford in collaboration with Britain's M-Sport.
The Fiesta RS WRC is obviously four-wheel drive, with a 1.6 turbo EcoBoost engine, complete specifications of the car will be available from February. The testing will continue in Sweden next week, before the debut of the Fiesta RS WRC Swedish stage with the opening scheduled for February 10 to 13.
