Minage Mazda: CX-5 future

Mazda has released sketches depicting the prototype of a compact SUV, dubbed Minage, which will make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show (1-13 March). Probably the final version will be called CX-5, and sitting alongside rivals Nissan Juke but also of the Volkswagen Tiguan, Audi Q5 and BMW X3. The concept Minage Mazda SkyActiv adopt the new technology and new design follows the design theme of the house called "Kodo", something like "motion of the soul", a design movement that all Mazda models propose for the future generation of models that mark the beginning, as stated in the House, a new era.

The technology features SkyActiv the engine, transmission and also the structure and frame Minage important for weight reduction: there are safety devices that are now part and parcel of the budget for the newer models. Mazda's stand at Geneva will be set up to show the benefits of technology and will also host the SkyActiv Shinara concept car, as well as other products.
