F1, McLaren: there will be no team orders

While everyone waits for the ransom Ferrari, Schumacher and the revenge of a tougher than ever Red Bull, McLaren are working hard to give their drivers a car that can aspire to both world titles. The Woking team also benefits from the awareness of having a well-matched pair of drivers who cooperate in the development of the car and battle on the track while respecting those circuits.

This, according to team principal of McLaren, Martin Whitmarsh, the British team has the advantage over other top teams. "Button and Hamilton are the best pair of pilots at the moment, without a doubt! I think Ferrari, Red BulleMercedes have pairs of pilots envious of them. Our work well together and in a friendly way.

They are aggressive, but you know how to control and have shown to be able to manage the races. We have ensured equal treatment to both, I think it would be difficult to get the most from the drivers if one or both were afraid of having to face the team orders. I do not think we would have signed if did not have the absolute certainty of receiving equal treatment.

" Words that confirm internal harmony between the two British pilots and discredit the FIA regulations empowering the much discussed team orders. We'll see next year what action should it take for McLaren to be in the same situation last year's Red Bull.
