Mitsubishi Concept Global Small: global compact

Less than two months after the Geneva Motor Show 2011 edition appears online the first image of the Mitsubishi Concept Global Small, in anticipation of what will be the future of the global small Japanese company. The three-quarter front view shows how strong the resemblance to the ASX presented in Geneva a year ago, especially in trends in the waistline.

The front is rather new, with the lower air intake center in a hexagonal shape and two small side slits. Contributes to the overall style of the exterior, according to Mitsubishi, to give the car excellent aerodynamics. The space is guaranteed for 5 people, but we can not evaluate in the absence of the interior shots.

Instead, we know almost for sure that moving the Mitsubishi Concept Global Small will have two engines, both 3-cylinder, 1 and 1.2 liters, with energy recovery system dissipated in braking system and start & stop combined with a new CVT transmission . Probably even then the adoption of a small diesel.

The marketing of the Mitsubishi Concept Global Small to begin in March 2012.
