Aston Martin V12 Zagato to Nrburgring

After the positive indications coming from the road version of the new Aston Martin V12 Zagato, all the fans were waiting to see how the car would behave during the endurance race held last weekend at the Nordschleife. The race is a sort of preliminary test in view of the participation of two V12 Zagato to 24 hours to be held at the Nurburgring at the end of June.

At the stroke of 4 hours, belonging to the League ADAC ACAS H & R Cup, attended by over 150 competitors. In particular, in addition to the Aston Martin V12 Zagato, there were 4 other models in the British car manufacturer, including a V8 Vantage, driven by Smurf, and a V12 Vantage, conducted by Kermit.

In this regard, the head of the sports sector Aston Martin, David King, said: "The current objective is to improve the race set-up and develop the car ahead of 24 hours of Nurburgring. For us it was important to collect the as many data as possible and give our drivers the opportunity to become more familiar with the car.

" On the basis of information provided by the sports team, following further development work done in the United Kingdom, have developed two new Aston Martin V12 Zagato which will be tested in the circuit of Nurburgring on 11 June, at the next stage of competition.
