General Motors announced today that the factory in Hamtramck, Michigan where does the Chevrolet Volt, will stop production for four weeks, the plant will face upgrading work in June to put in a position to expand production of the model. For the next three months, supply deliveries to dealers and customers will suffer delays, GM does know, but the priority now is to prepare for the Volt and Ampere's exports to Europe and China.
