Back again this year at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este, the event held on Lake Como for over eighty years celebrates the automobile in all its forms and this year will give fans a particularly interesting related aglianni dellaDolce Life, an expression taken from the famous Fellini film has become a symbol of Rome in the late '50s and '60s.
For the 2011 edition was in fact chosen to represent the '60s, with all the most important models from that period, but without forgetting the rest of the production history, with eight categories subdivided into 50 classic that will give rise to competition for cars period of the most famous in the world of four wheels.
For the occasion, BMW will continue the celebrations for the 75th anniversary of his 328, which confirms that, as always, there will be models that have made history, along with those who could do it in a more or less near future, that the various concepts car as is tradition that make their appearance at the event.
In that regard are expected to models like the Mercedes Shooting Brake Concept, Audi Quattro Concept inspired by the Audi Sport Quattro and Ferrari Super America. The Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este also opens this year on two wheels, with a competition in which 40 specially dedicated and motorcycles will be judged by five experts, who will take into account certain parameters such as style, originality and the conservation status of decreeing the winner.
