Zagato TZ3: the standard model with mechanical Dodge Viper

According to the advances reported by AutoBild, Zagato will create a version of the TZ3, unveiled in 2010. The prototype was created based on the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione, but the production version is likely to use the mechanics of the Dodge Viper: The handsome 8.4-liter V10 with more than 600 hp would certainly ensure thrilling performance, but the announced significant increase in weight and size on the other hand, could cause us to lose sight of the original concept of the car, ideally derived from the Alfa Romeo TZ1 and TZ2 60s, where the low weight allow the bone to obtain the absolute level of performance from small 4-cylinder Italian.

According to information gathered, we will see the Viper-TZ3 road to the classic summer event at Pebble Beach, with delivery of the first models in 2012.
