Saturday, May 14 the circuit Roman "Piero Taruffi" welcome to Vallelunga for the first time long, long caravan of the Mille Miglia in 2011 with its 375 historic cars at the start. The revival of "most beautiful race in the world" from Brescia to return on Thursday 12 at 22.30 on Saturday 14. To properly celebrate this great event, ACI Vallelunga commissioned the painter Gabriele Guidetti a framework reminiscent of the victory of the XXIV Piero Taruffi 1000 Miles 11-May 12, 1957 (the latest edition of the race speed) with a Ferrari 315 S.
An exclusive reproduction of the painting (a limited edition) will be offered to members at the time of the 2011 passage of the Autodromo Vallelunga, headed its largest Roman driver. In the framework, along with Taruffi, depicts the prestigious Cup winner which is stored at Vallelunga with other relics of the pilot.
The artist Gabriele Guidetti is a big fan of motor sport and brings to life scenes of cars, motorcycles and motorboats speed by using inks and watercolors.
