Mini Roadster debut at Geneva 2012

Presented at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Mini Concept Coupe and Roadster were predicted to arrive on the market simultaneously. On the contrary, the manufacturer decided to present the first Coupe (revealed in an official capacity in those days) to create a greater focus around the model. According to the rumors come from England, the new Mini Roadster will debut officially at the Geneva Motor Show 2012.

The design of the new Roadster is very similar to the concept with the exception of roll bars feature a larger size to ensure, in case of roll-a high standard of safety. Under the hood of the new Roadster Mini engine range will consist of three petrol units and a turbodiesel.

The price list will open with the Cooper model, driven by 1.6 L of 122 horses, and will close with the John Cooper Works version 1.6L with 211 horses on the front of the units will be a diesel version available from Cooper SD 2.0 L 143 hp . For now there is no information on pricing.
