Saab has been able to find the necessary funds to pay the salaries of its employees: "A Chinese company has placed an order for 582 cars for a total of 13 million euros - said a spokesman for the Swedish manufacturer - and we pay salaries scheduled for this week."
Production, however, arrested on 8 June for the interruption in deliveries of the same suppliers (among them International Automotive Components has denounced the Saab to the Swedish authorities for a credit of 4.8 million euro), will remain firm. They will then require new financial resources to resume to work the assembly lines.
