Citroen plans to make the quarter car model in the DS line. Now is the turn of DS2, and then the smallest of the line. Most likely the debut of Citroen DS2, about 3.7 meters long, will take place towards the end of 2012. The body will be 5 doors and its interior will be approved for 4 people and its lines will be very similar to the concept car presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2009: The Revolt.
As far as engines of Citroen DS2 these should be the new 3-cylinder 110 hp turbo gasoline that have been developed in collaboration with BMW. With regard to the offer we will have a diesel, 4-liter HDi 70 horses that would use less than 4 liters of fuel per 100 km. The starting price of Citroen DS2 2012 would be around € 12,000.
