Yesterday the leaders of the European Commission have shown in detail the ambitious "Roadmap for the Future of Transport 2050," manifestation of intent to breath forty years that aims to reduce emissions by 60% compared with the 1990. The eventual implementation of this plan will prevent motorists to use vehicles in city centers with internal combustion engine, while 50% of trips between distant cities at least 300 km will be covered from a train.
And again, will be halved by 2030 the use of cars (in favor of public transport) and progressively reduced the number of victims as a result of road accidents, up to the total zero by 2050.
