Geneva 2011: Mazda presents the study Shinari

Mazda is on the Motor Show in Geneva (-13.3.2011) before the study Shinari. It is a sporty four-door four-seater coupe with strong lines and driver orientation. In working out the aerodynamics were high on the agenda. The central area of the front and rear fenders channeled and optimizes air flow to the underbody of the vehicle.

Worked out the line that connects the front bumper with the side skirts and rear bumper fulfilled a similar function in that it directs the air to the vehicle along. The Japanese word Shinari describes the sleek appearance of large force with the high fixed objects such as steel or bamboo twisted or bent.

The term is also a reference to the appearance of humans or animals that deform their bodies flexible in order to generate a fast movement. Inside, the driver is at the center. The instrument panel consists of two individual zones, so the cockpit from the rest of the interior is separated.

The main areas are located deep and the other passengers turned to create an impression of openness in the interior, the three-dimensional information display of human-machine interface (HMI) offers three modes, Business, Pleasure and Sport. The business mode allows the driver, combined with his professional duties to stay.

Pleasure in the fashion of the emphasis is on comfort and entertainment. In Sport mode changes the driving characteristics: The paddle shifters are activated, the chassis is laid out on an ambitious driving, and the ads will be simplified so that the driver can fully concentrate on the driving experience.
