Koenigsegg Agera R, performance confirmed

The performance of one of the fastest cars in history, the Koenigsegg Agera R, have been disclosed. Its 5-liter V8 engine and 1,115 hp is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 in just 2.9 seconds and reaches a top speed exceeding 390 km / h. Was presented at the Geneva Motor Show, but it was not until now that we have known Koenigsegg data Agera R, that since the first time I could see it was clear that one of the fastest cars of all time.

This supercar features a 5-liter V8 engine whose power rises to 1,115 hp and is mated to a sequential shift seven relations, and its maximum torque of 122.45 mkg. The numbers alone and scared, but especially if it confirms that its acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h only takes 2.9 seconds and is capable of reaching over 390 km / h.

For a car weighing 1,300 kg is not bad. Despite these brutal performance, the fuel consumption and emissions figures are not approved to put their hands to the head. Spends about 14.7 liters per 100 kilometers, while emitting 310 grams of CO2 per kilometer. For the Koenigsegg Agera R enjoy a good stability at speeds that are capable of developing, we have worked with special emphasis on their external forms.

Aerodynamics has a crucial role, and therefore has not been spared in using materials such as carbon fiber bodywork. His rear wing is mobile, adapting to the circumstances, and works in line with a very aggressive rear diffuser that generates a lot of support. The interior includes, among other things, a next-generation GPS and a team of cutting-edge audio and USB connectors for the iPod.

Moreover, as material can be ordered optional heated seats, rear view camera, safety belts and four unpainted bodywork with carbon fiber exposed. The price has not been confirmed, but estimates suggest that over a million euros.
