Lancia Thema: the flagship returns to Geneva

In the Lancia stand 2011 Geneva Motor Show in the past we find a name so dear to the Italian drivers: the Thema. With large size, is longer than 5 meters, and three 6-cylinder engines, a 292-hp 3.6 V6 petrol and two turbo 3-liter, 190 and 224 hp, emblazoned launches challenge to German competitors. To compete better also uses the rear-wheel drive, a solution technique borrowed from the Chrysler 300 and hence automatic transmissions only.

The petrol version has an automatic transmission in eight reports, while the diesel have a 5-speed automatic transmission. If we find out lines of American-influenced interior also features the usual elegance with Lance leather seats, quality materials for the bridge and luxurious wood finish.

Particular attention has been paid to acoustic comfort thanks to the sound-absorbing panels present in the wheel arches, the side windows and two panels of laminated composite material placed under the frame.
