Richard Hamann, dead at 53 years, the German coach

The owner and founder of the brand Hamann, Richard Hamann, died Thursday, March 17 following an aggravation of a form of cancer. He was 53 years. The German entrepreneur founded the eponymous brand after more than twenty years and abandoned a career in the valuable world of competition, which saw him take part in more than 700 Grands Prix and even on the podium in 300 occasions.

Her competitive experience was articulated in the DTM Championship, Group C, Formula 3 for a total of 103 statements and three world championship success in the Special Touring Car Trophy at the wheel of a BMW M1. In 1986 he moved his experience in tuning and preparations, launching a specialized task in providing interpretations of "alternative" brand of cars - among others - Ferrari, Lamborghini and BMW.

The summits provide Hamann, however, that the development of new models continue without shaking.
