Seat has announced an agreement with local authorities for training and recruitment of new staff, which will produce the Audi Q3 in Martorell. The production in Spain of German small SUV, was announced two years ago, and now beginning to take its first concrete steps with a view to starting work. The contract includes a training and recruitment of unemployed by 1200 at least 700 of these which are part of the holding progressively starting in the spring of this year.
The Catalan government program that is part of the initiative, recognizes companies with the 100% of training costs, compared with the commitment to take on lease for not less than 6 months, at least 60% of students who pass the courses.
