Skoda VisionD: a new era

Wind of change for Skoda in Geneva presented in addition to the new range, the new corporate design of the brand, the new style that will characterize its future products. From 2012 will also change the logo with the Freccia Alata renovated in colors and shapes: the new coat of arms appeared in the preview VisionD, the concept that anticipates the new course and was presented at the Salon.

The Skoda VisionD incorporates elements from the brand, such as the long wheelbase and short overhangs, offering great space and comfort inside the car as well as a much emphasized by the dynamic roofline. The style is quite sophisticated with the new logo that breaks the horizontal line of the bonnet.

The headlights give the front a redesigned look sober while the lights are back in C typical of Skoda cars. For the interior space and functionality, and a careful selection of materials with new, the use of glass in tribute to the tradition of the Czech Republic, home of the Skoda. Next to the Vision were presented in Geneva D versions GreenLine, the most frugal among the models of Skoda, and Green technology package, a solution that helps reduce fuel consumption and emissions of CO2, which is available for Fabia, Fabia Combi, Roomster, Octavia and Octavia Combi.

Skoda has also proposed the Family versions, available for all models in the range even in the wagon variants, which differ for some cosmetic changes and offer more possibilities for customization. Monte Carlo also exposed the Fabia, the new version of its compact sport.
