Speed camera tricks: scam in 146 municipalities

A massive fraud for a turnover of approximately € 11.5 million against the motorists was discovered by the Guardia di Finanza di Brescia, who reported 558 people, including 367 city employees and public officials for having tampered with the camera to detect up to speeds in excess of 15% or 17% compared to the actual measurements.
