Better Place, Shai Agassi's company that is building with Renault in Israel's network of service stations for electric cars, has opened its first automated point of replacing the batteries of the models with zero emissions in the city of Ekron. The station, which even now is open to all buyers of a Renault Fluence ZE, is able to replace an exhausted battery pack with a 100% charged in about three minutes.
