Daimler AG and Bosch have announced their intention to extend their established partnership, cooperating in the development and manufacture of electric motors for Mercedes and Smart future with zero emissions. The companies have signed a letter of intent and started negotiations for the establishment, within the first half of 2011, a joint venture.
