Fiat auto market: sales growth in used cars

In February, the market for new Fiat cars in Europe fell by 16.7%. Consequently, the used car market has gone against the record by percentage positive. Fiat was registered in February 2010, 92,212 cars, while this year the number has stayed at 76,808. Lance is also a decrease of 22.1% with its 8062 cars sold in February 2011 compared to 10,000 the same month last year.

Every 100 new cars sold there are 139 but bought used. An interesting point because now the Italian market is no longer spoiled by government incentives. Even the transfer of ownership show an increase of 5.7%. Given the general decline of many car dealerships market in recent times, have closed.

Furthermore, over 40% of the Italian concessionaires suffered heavy losses. The used cars that are all the rage are the Fiat, the Volkswgen, then Ford and Renault.
