Jeep Wrangler JK-8 and Independence Blue Crush

Jeep releases a new official video that reveals the forms of Wrangler JK-8 Independence. The model was designed by Mopar on the basis of the Unlimited version of the American off-road and takes its inspiration from the legendary CJ-8 Scrambler. The car is equipped with a front axle "Mopar / Dynatrac ProRock 44", modified chassis and tires with shoulder 37 ", also includes new interior and exterior panels, a hardtop and identification stickers.

The conversion kit, according to Jim Sassorosso, head of sales at Mopar, can be assembled in less than a weekend to anyone with a decent manual. The car will be officially unveiled at the 45th edition of the Moab Easter Jeep Safari. At the event there will also be the Pork Chop (-385 kg compared to the model-derived), with Sparco seats, department modified suspension, tires 35 "mounted on 17" wheels.

This version of the windscreen is lower than about 5 centimeters. The Renegade stands instead for the 6.4 Hemi V8 from 457 hp combined with a 6-speed manual transmission. Mopar has done to install this version on a modified front fascia, special protection for the body and the kit of the smaller ports.

Instead of the roof there are two roll-coated bar. The car rests on tires 35 "and includes new suspension. The "Blue Crush" is the thrust of the lot, "combines the performance of fast acceleration off-road racing with powerful ability to rock climbing." Under the bonnet lurks a powerful Hemi V8 developed by Mopar 540 HP to deliver well expressed through the sports media.

Do not miss a roll-cage, tires 39 ", special off-road suspension, a front stabilizer bar and a system of ad hoc steering.
