The news that Peugeot will be present at the Shanghai Motor Show 2011 will be two: the new 508 for the Chinese market and especially the hybrid concept car with petrol. The gasoline hybrid concept car, to understand how important is China for the Peugeot, was designed entirely in China. This prototype has been realized in fact by the Tech Center in Shanghai China and is a crossover with all-wheel drive hybrid gasoline engine which is a first for the French group.
The French company hopes to make a boom in sales of 508 in China, because its objective is that of the 65,000 sales a year, and the results achieved in Europe, +20% of business objectives, there would be no wonder . Peugeot aims high on China, in fact, after the 3008 el'ormai imminent arrival of the RCZ in May, wants to reach 200,000 units in this country in 2011.
