Top Marques 2011 to be held in Monaco this weekend will be, among other brands, even Melkus with a preview of a beautiful coupe, or the RS2000 in two variants, namely GT and GTS. The car made from home Melkus will be propelled by a turbocharged 2.0-cc dual-clutch gearbox, capable of delivering 300 horsepower in GT configuration and setup well 330 hp in the GTS, all up weight of a car really very small, only 975 kg .

The German brand's coupe is capable of reaching 100 km / h from a standstill in just 4.5 seconds in GT configuration, while the GTS variant takes to do the same thing, only 3.9 seconds of time, also boasting a bit fast acceleration of 300 km / h. In addition, the GTS variant can boast of precious materials such as carbon fiber bodywork and on aerodynamic surfaces, as well as a rear extractor made ad hoc.

The Melkus RS2000 AP also has a braking system as well as multi-adjustable Ohlins suspension on both outfits. It plans to build about 25 cars a year, at a cost of 122,000 Euro to the public for the GT (sold in Germany alone) and 145,000 euros for the GTS, but Melkus lets you customize your car to your liking because we are talking about a car made by hand, a little 'how to get to the tailor-made suit from a tailor in short ..
