Fiat Group Automobiles signed two important agreements for the supply of commercial vehicles in Austria and Spain. The orders relate to the Fiat and Fiat Professional, and have been agreed with an Austrian Post, the Österreichische Post AG, the other with the prestigious leader in the food sector PepsiCo.
In particular, in Austria, the 11th European country to have chosen their own postal service cars and Fiat, will arrive in total 730 Cargo Fiat Doblo 1.3 Multijet turbodiesel engines with 90 bhp and characterized by a yellow livery. The choice of Österreichische Post AG has fallen on this vehicle for its ability to provide maximum comfort, high performance, low noise, low fuel costs and maintenance and which contained harmful emissions. A partnership already proven in the past when the Post Office had requested a supply of 10 Fiat 500 for a service of "car pooling".
PepsiCo has instead chosen the Fiat Professional vehicles for a total of between 400 Grande Punto Doblo Van for their technological equipment, reliability, cost of ownership, ecology and carrying capacity.
