Beware of bad traffic

"Driving in traffic: problems and consequent health" is the title of opinion poll survey conducted by the Research Institute Doxa, TomTom with the Centre, considering a nationally representative sample of Italian drivers aged between 18 and 65 years . The data collected showed that traffic congestion is bad: it is a major cause of sickness and disease such as chronic fatigue, back pain, breathing difficulties, allergies, as well as anxiety attacks and panic attacks all ailments caused by prolonged the steering wheel found in 47 percent of Italians.

In addition to an increase in the level of aggressiveness confessed by 49 percent of drivers, or one out of two. Interesting to do some 'numbers: 86 percent of Italians, nearly 9 out of 10 have experienced such hardships, the three most common are fatigue (64%), back pain (47%) and pain head (45%) in addition to acidity, stomach and digestive problems (27%), respiratory distress (15%) and allergies (10%).

Based on data collected by the Centre TomTom has produced different profiles of motorists trapped in traffic in the city: the irritable (26%), the thesis (22%), the resigned (19%), the indifferent (13%) and the angry (10%).
