The Ferrari P4 / 5 competition debut at the Nurburgring

Finally the big day has arrived. After weeks spent in the workshop to develop the car in nearly final version, engineers and technicians have moved to one of the most famous circuits in Europe: the Nurburgring. Here, the Ferrari P4 / 5 Competition has made some laps on the 'Ring - the so-called ring - a favorite place for large car manufacturers (Porsche to Aston Martin, Lamborghini by Audi, etc.), who test the dynamic qualities and performance their cars.

It certainly could not escape the "crossover" of even the Nurburgring supercar derived from a prototype by Pininfarina in 2006 and wanted by collector Jim Glickenhaus. The P4 / 5 the rest of the competition begins to become familiar with the German circuit where the track will come next June to take part in the 24 Hours of Nurburgring in EXP1 class with drivers Mika Salo at the wheel, Nicola Larini, Luca Cappellari and Fabrizio Giovanardi.

Equipped with a 4 liter engine V8Ferrari, the P4 / 5 - that we remember him comes from a F430 Scuderia - develops a total of 500 horses (unlike the first Pininfarina prototype which adopted the 6-liter V12 and 660 horses). Now you just have to wait for the first responses of the stopwatch to see right from the start what is the potential of this car after the baptism of fire at the German circuit.
