Fiat Chrysler, the development of the alliance in America

That the merger between Chrysler and Fiat is more than a few headlines with a grain of truth, is certain. And on this we continue to discuss these days in an attempt to pay even more the development of an alliance that seems inevitable. In particular, we are debating on the Chrysler headquarters dell'allenza that presumably will be moved just in the U.S., according to a source close to the accredited parties.

In reporting the news is a special report from Reuters. Until February, the news about a shift in the U.S. establishments had raised many controversies regarding the job, but there was still no decision at some point. Indeed, John Elkann, Fiat's chairman and Exor had declared that there would be four office buildings: Turin for Europe, Detroit for the North America and Brazil and Asia to all other markets.

We'll see in the coming days as more news will be revealed about the headquarters of Chrysler. Meanwhile, the chief financial officer of Chrysler, Richard Palmer, announced that the stars and stripes manufacturer is willing to give life to a plan to refinance debt and for its part, Fiat, aims to rise to 51% of Chrysler in 2011.

There are the conditions for the merger then? It would seem, even if everything is still to be decided and probably will be decided after the IPO of the group.
