With the support of Pirelli and OZ students of IED have imagined a coupe-label branded Abarth, baptizes Scorp-Ion. This two places is 401 cm long, 190 wide and 119 to a high pitch of 235 cm, and uses four electric motors (one per wheel) powered by lithium-ion battery. The batteries are located under the cargo space behind the seats, so as to approach as close as possible to the ground center of gravity.
The Scorp-Ion was created by seven students enrolled in the Master of Arts in Transportation Design supervised by Luca Borgogno, senior designer Pininfarina, Giampaolo and Louis, Maserati designer.
