Mercedes-Benz AMG GT3 provides SLS at 16 teams

After the completion of the development and testing program, Mercedes-Benz will begin shipping the SLS AMG GT3. Overall, are available for this year's racing season 31 orders. By early July, all vehicles will be in customer hands. In Einstellfahrten at the Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet (France), the teams and racers were already with the race version of the Gullwing familiar and make initial setup.

Schneider and hunters have completed the entire development and test program with the SLS AMG GT3 and are in the fall of 2010 and in January 2011 with four races left to the start. They got a win and two third places. The AMG sports team is the customer account teams to service and spare part issues within Europe to the side stand.

The concept for the motor sports season 2011 looks to offer at the ADAC GT Masters, the VLN Endurance Championship, the FIA GT3 European Championship and the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring and at Spa-Francorchamps (Belgium) full support . For all other racing events and testing is a 24-hour service for spare parts and a technical hotline.

Thomas Jäger as AMG sports coordinator customer support teams as a central contact person for all organizational and technical issues. 16 customer teams from eight nations will be with the SLS AMG GT3 at the start, half of them from Germany. The SLS AMG GT3 will compete in 14 different racing series in 2011 after the FIA GT3 regulations in eight countries.
