The Fiat 500 has just been launched on the American market, while Romeo Ferraris has prepared two copies of the special Abarth Ferrari 695 Tribute for the new continent and further customized. Tribute to Ferrari, a limited edition version of the Abarth 500 and with 180 hp, has been further developed to increase to nearly 260 hp, thanks to new camshafts, pistons racing, plus turbine, tested and worked with finishing of the new valve seats, oversized injectors, remapped ECU and new exhaust system complete with sports catalyst and dual rear exit.
The provision, therefore, has changed with new reinforced clutch of electronic gearbox call to withstand higher torque of 120 Nm is also new trim fully adjustable, while the Brembo braking system was not changed. Unknown to the price paid by American customers for this car: the base model, already in itself very exclusive, is available in some European markets to more than 40,000 Euros.
