Airport gets VW Amarok "Follow me"

Hanover Airport has received today a new "follow me" vehicle on the runway: a VW Amarok. The car was found the airport as a joint effort of both companies of Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge (VWN) is available. The Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles plant is situated near the airport, and with one exception will be on the apron and Technical duties solely used cars from Volkswagen.

The finished version of the Trend Line vehicle is covered with the typical yellow and black checkerboard pattern and equipped for the use of necessary technology. Airport Director Dr. Raoul Hille appreciates the versatility of the pickup with crew cab. Thus, the "Follow me" is-Amarok used not only at the airport, but will also be used for promotional purposes in the city and at trade fairs.

The public gets the new airport car already on Saturday (04/09/2011) first seen when the 4th Cougar Run Airport in Hanover accompanied. (Ampnet / jri)
