Alfa Romeo, Volkswagen Golf, Ford Focus, Opel Astra: here is the battle

The challenge of the market between the C-segment vehicle mainly concerns the Opel Astra, Ford Focus, Volkswagen Golf and the Alfa Romeo Giulietta. The Astra has a new line and a more aerodynamic car body more slender. Interesting, the interior with better quality and a trunk with a capacity of 370 liters, which has nothing to envy to others of the same segment.

The engine of the Astra is a 1.4 liter petrol engine with 140 horsepower and a maximum torque of 200 Nm with the Sport button and the car becomes even more sportiness. The Opel Astra has a starting price for turbocharged sports 22'400 € and you get the full options to 26'450 €.

The Ford Focus has been renovated and soon will see its ECOnetic version that much lower fuel consumption and emissions of CO2. Meanwhile, the Focus 5-door 1.6-liter EcoBoost engine with 150 horsepower is offered from 17'750 € until the end of April. Alfa Romeo has just won another award: Compact Car of 2011.

This award is in addition to those already obtained in 2010: Europe's 2011 Auto, Auto Trophy 2010, Car of the Year 2011 in the Czech Republic Alfa Romeo Giulietta proposal from 20'300 €, then still a competitive price for a car with much success.
