Jaguar XK and XKR facelift: New York Motor Show 2011

Jaguar introduced the show in New York on restyling the XK range, following the line drawn by the XKR-S unveiled at Geneva. These changes have now concentrated in the front now features new headlights with integrated LED daytime and new air intake, while side air vents evaporated from the vertical to horizontal.

The XKR sports is recognizable by its different front grille and the tailpipes to 4 outputs. At the rear detach the LED headlights and a different form of chrome trim. The facelift, which involves coupe and convertible, also includes new alloy wheels, available in sizes from 18 to 20, while the interior received new coating materials, changes to some secondary controls and a new interior lighting, with the availability in option of new sports seats.

The range of engines has not changed and will therefore be guided by the 5-liter V8, in naturally aspirated form and 385-hp supercharged 510-hp, all with automatic transmissions.
