Twenty liters of gasoline to two hundred euro: the paradox of Filderstadt

"I did not pay attention to the price, because I would not have imagined such a rise. It is a scam. " The outburst is understandable, as legitimate, but does not return to Yunus G. none of € 209.98 spent fuel their BMW. The fact the word "supply" should be replaced by "topping up", as the distracted motorist spent € 210 to just 21 liters of gasoline.

Misfortune experienced even by a woman, also a victim applied the unusual rise at a gas pump it in the German town of Filderstadt, near Stuttgart. The story is reconstructed by the German newspaper The Local. The owner of the petrol station has increased the price per gallon of gasoline up to 9.99 euro, without violating any law and advising customers of the future inflation.

But what are the reasons that have assumed such a rise? Accomplice to the Easter holidays and some logistical problems distributor tanks were almost empty, so as to require the manager of the distributor to raise prices to discourage customers. This shortage of fuel was soon extended to the entire district of Stuttgart (hit a gas station out of five), causing great inconvenience.
