The prototype Nissan NISMO Leaf RC anticipates and envisions a car with electric traction, but developed for use on the track as part of a future championship zero emissions in the Japanese brand has already paid interest. This car turns out to be longer than 2 centimeters (4.47 meters), 17 wider (1.94 m) 35 and even lower (1.20 m) than Leaf sedan, while the step decreases by 10 cm and reaches 2.60 meters.
Through the use of composite materials and carbon fiber this car weighs just 938 pounds, about 40% less of the Leaf, despite using the same architecture with power lithium ion batteries prepared in a central position so as to optimize the distribution of weights.
