The European version of the site AutomotiveNews published rumors about the new Alfa Romeo GTA 4C, confirming the presence especially during the Geneva Motor Show (3-13 March). This coupe, called the "halo car" for its remarkable rate of emotionality, was designed at the Centro Stile Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale and inspired by the 8C Competizione and features a carbon fiber frame and aluminum Dallara signed, which allows them not to cross to 850 pounds total.
Using the 1750 engine in version 235 or 250 bhp the power to weight ratio will be 3.5 kg / hp, less than the value of a Porsche Boxster S.
