Fifth Gear test the BMW X3

Fifth Gear test the new BMW X3. Style questionable, and be redone interior trim breaks back: these were the defects of the old series, the famous English program. The new X3 promises to remove these spots and be even better to drive, adding greater efficiency and performance at a cost slightly less. At the wheel you will immediately notice a higher comfort than the older generation on buoyancy well balanced making it almost redundant purchased the body-control (even if the vehicle being tested is the electronically adjustable trim).

The 2.0 turbodiesel that pushes the car, making it faster, cleaner and economical use of the Audi Q5 direct rival of the same displacement. The interiors are enormous step forward in quality and assembly. Although the tester believes that those of the Q5 is still slightly higher but we believe they are at the same level if not higher than those of SUV Ingolsadt, especially with regard to the door trim.

Defects? The steering with variable assistance (optional) still far from perfect, and the slight offset of the pedals from the wheel. For the rest of the X3 with this engine is the best in his second Fifth Gear segment. Have you already read our road test of the SUV in Monaco?
