After her divorce from Sollers, Fiat presented to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation a draft for the location, production and distribution in Russia of cars and commercial vehicles. Vehicles resulting from the new alliance will be produced in factories in Vsevolozhsk in the St. Petersburg region, and the Republic of Tartarstan from the end of the year.
