Brazil: a collapse in January sales

After becoming the fourth in the world car market, vehicle sales in Brasilecrollano: comparing the January data with those of December 2010, there was a decrease of 35.8% (almost 245,000 compared with more than 381,000). A bit 'better to the figures for production, but it has nevertheless marked a 9.1% less.

The rates - which refer to new vehicles - has been sent to Anfavea, the national association of manufacturers of motor vehicles. As always, the data should be analyzed and must be viewed in two directions: the first is that the level of sales of last December was the highest ever recorded in the history of the country.

The second of January and that the figures are rising by 14.8% over the corresponding month last year. In any case, nothing is lost since the Anfavea expected that in Brazil the 2011 registrations go to the rhythm of samba and exceed those of the Interior 2010: 3.69 against 3.52 million.
