Chevrolet MyLink: connectivity safely

General Motors will present an advanced infotainment system, called the Chevrolet MyLink, which will allow drivers to connect your smart phone software to the car with which they can interact using voice recognition, access to several functions: key texts, make calls, listen to music , send email, listen to music, use online services and surf the Pandora radio and Stitcher Smartradio using a touch screen color seven-inch high resolution.

Also provided for the integration of multimedia devices like iPod and Bluetooth. The system will debut on MyLink Chevrolet Volt and Equinox this fall but then the GM will also offer other models for Buick, Cadillac and GMC. The key feature of the system is that you can access applications securely using voice commands so you do not need to remove the steering wheel to lose sight of the road.

In the United States is strongly felt the problem of accidents caused by distraction of drivers. MyLink is the first real rival to the Ford Sync system available on Lincoln models. Coupled with General Motors Chevrolet MyLink also continue to offer what is already known that OnStar offers a 24 hour 24 to provide information, guidance and assistance in emergencies.
