The official statement specifies that the introduction of the European market is not yet final. The term "possible", adding that the two are still in the role of concept cars. The new Lancia Flavia Saloon and Cabriolet will be in production in about 6 months if it is given the go-ahead, following the finding of public criticism that will be recorded during the Geneva Motor Show.
The new D-segment comes from a "simple" operation implemented rebadge from 200 families - to turn evolution of the previous Sebring - and is characterized by the front grille with the Lancia brand, for the new fog lights and headlights, for taillights and third LED light. The Cabriolet features a power-operated soft top covered with canvas, the only solution than the two choices (soft top soft or hard) to offer the Sebring discovery.
Should go into production the Flavia use the 4-cylinder 2.4-liter V6 and the Pentastar 3.6, in addition to a diesel engine. The size will be comparable to the Chrysler 200, 4.87 meters long, 1.84 wide and high 1.48.
