Le Mans 2011: Peugeot unveils new 908

Peugeot wants to forget the defeat last year at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and renews the challenge to Audi with the new Peugeot 908. Despite last year at Le Mans 2010, Peugeot have broken all the engines, the French company has decided to leave the same name for the car of 2011. The Audi, which last year because of these tears has made a historic hat-trick, back in December introduced the new R18 TDI.

The 908 Le Mans 2011 to mechanically change a lot, starting from the engine, which will no longer be the V12, but a 3.7-liter turbodiesel V8 with 550 horsepower and power. Weak point, as usual, the low resistance of the front that seeks to mitigate Peugeot maintaining tire width at the limit ".

Before appearing at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2011, the Peugeot 908 will make its appearance at the 2011 12 Hours of Sebring on March 19 and the 6 Hours of Spa, this is to try the new aerodynamics.
