The Mazda3 in Model Year 2012 will bring the debut of the new technologies SKYACTIV Mazda engine and transmission that will increase the economies of use without relying on alternative power systems such as hybrid ol'elettrico. The Japanese manufacturer has developed a four-cylinder petrol engine (called SKYACTIV-G) and an automatic transmission (SKYACTIV-Drive) more efficient than today's solutions, able to handle more "intelligence" the distribution of the couple - especially at medium revs - in order to help reduce fuel consumption and pollutant emissions.
