Project Kahn Aston Martin Cygnet: gi-time tuning

He has not yet officially debuted in the lists of the House, and is already the subject of attention from tuning companies. Cygnet for the Aston Martin, the premium supermini built by brand Gaydon on the platform of the Toyota iQ and expected to launch in May, the British tuner Project Kahn has announced a version of "revised".

The technicians of Bradford (specialized for processing models of prestige manufacturing across the Channel, like the Bentley Flying Spur Pearl White Edition, the Land Rover Freelander and Range Rover Vogue RS200 and Evoque Cosworth, with an "encroachment" the U.S. for the Jeep Wrangler), these days, have informed the studio working on a tuning kit for the baby - Aston.

For this reason, it was first released a rendering showing the appearance of the Cygnet - Project Kahn. Note the new alloy wheels, large, and a multi-spoke design. Just as the new "palpebrina" under her apron - front bumper, the small space between the tire tread and wings suggests a revision of the framework.

As for the rear, we can expect the installation of a "speaker", combined with a dual chrome exhaust, arranged in a central location. Further details will be disseminated on the preparation of mechanics and electronics: it is easy to think that the 1.3 100 bhp, which will equip the Cygnet, in turn, be reviewed so as to be more sporty.

The Aston Martin Cygnet, version "luxury" of the Toyota iQ, has been previewed in recent weeks. Although the car remains the body of the small 2 +2 seater Toyota (and the only difference, even at first glance, to a higher level in setting and the unique front grille design from the typical Aston), finishing and details make it in practice, only a city car from the image.

So much so that the figure is a request to grab the levels of a midsize sedan: € 39,500 at launch. To justify the price certainly not by car, the Gaydon House will offer a set of 5 stylish bags made to find a place within the tiny trunk, and a high-quality leather upholstery for the seats and the interior.

Cygnet for the "review" by Project Kahn, curiously, it will be a ... tuning the tuning. The Cygnet, in fact, is set up at Gaydon on the basis of iQ coming to the headquarters of Aston Martin to get new headlights, grille, wheels and coatings.
